GALLERY, SPOL. S R. O., WAS FOUNDED IN AUGUST 1995,
AS AN AGENCY AND PUBLISHING HOUSE
SPECIALISING IN THE VISUAL ARTS.
ITS ACTIVITY CAN BE DIVIDED INTO FOUR MAIN AREAS:

Gallery draws on the talents of leading Czech printmakers (Clara Istlerová, Rostislav Vaněk, Milan Jaroš, Joska Skalník, Aleš Krejča, Světla Kořánová, Petr Babák, Jan Solpera, Zdeněk Ziegler, David Fírek, Michal Cihlář, Miroslav Kloss, Martin Balcar...),, photographers and other visual artists, renowned art experts (Josef Hlaváček, Pavla Pečinková, Jan Rous, Olaf Hanel, Vladimír Karfík, Petr Wittlich, Karel Srp, Lenka Bydžovská, Polana Bregantová...) and the expert services of a number of social analysis and marketing agencies.

Director of Gallery: Jaroslav Kořán, graduate of the Film Faculty of the Aca-demy of Performing Arts, film-maker, translator, photographer, former Mayor of the City of Prague (1990 - 1991).
